1. Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value is $100. 

2. How to place order

3. Returns

Please email accounts@nomz.com with details of the product within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Nomz Inc. prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. 

4. Payments

Nomz Inc. accept credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express), email transfer and cheque payments.

All credit card payments currently do not incur a merchant fee.

5. Net 30 Terms

You may apply for credit terms with by emailing accounts@nomz.com.

6. Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact Nomz Inc. at accounts@nomz.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

7. Shipping

Orders placed before noon EST will ship with UPS/Canada Post the same business day.

8. Shipping International Orders

We currently ship worldwide.
